What we collect
Your last name, first name, email, phone number, appointment details, any booking remarks, and your invoices. Nothing more than what is needed to manage your bookings.
Why
To manage your appointments, send confirmation and login emails, and provide your customer account. Lawful bases: performance of the booking contract and our legitimate interest in managing your account.
Login
Login is passwordless: we email you a 6-digit verification code. The session cookie is strictly necessary, so no consent banner is required. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.
Retention
Your data is kept for 3 years after your last activity, then automatically deleted. Old appointments are anonymised. If you delete your account, your past appointments are kept in anonymised form for statistics, and your invoices are retained for 10 years in line with our legal accounting obligations.
Recipients
Your data is never sold or shared for marketing. It is only processed by our hosting and email providers, on our behalf.
Your rights
You can access, rectify, export or erase your data, and object to its processing. Do it yourself from your account (export / delete), or contact us at contact@une-pause-en-soie.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
Cancellation policy
Any booking may be cancelled online up to 2 hours before the start of the appointment. Within that window, online cancellation is no longer available — please contact us directly. In case of a no-show or last-minute cancellation (less than 2 hours before), an incident will be recorded. After 3 incidents within your last 8 bookings (no-shows or last-minute cancellations), online booking will be blocked for your account. This block may be lifted after review by the salon.
